windows 7 user profile

hi every one
i use windows 7 operating system
My problem with windows 7 Ultimate is:
if i take a copy of user profile folder and reinstall a new copy of the
windows 7
then i need to use that copy of user profile folder

can any one help me

Rather than making a copy of the user profile, you need to use the Windows
Easy Transfer wizard stuff to transfer files and settings between installs.
