Anywhere else to download a copy from as it has not yet reappeared on the
Microsoft site?

And when/if I get it would I be able to install it in a virtual machine
under Vista Ultimate?

I use Sun Virtual Box

FWIW - I have installed it in virtualbox on a Linux machine.
