Windows 7 and Outlook 2007

Aftetr installing Windows 7 everytime I open Oulook 2007 it opens very tiny.
I can barely see a sliver of the top bar.

Try right-clicking the Outlook icon, choose Properties and see what the Run
box is set to in the Shortcut tab.
