Windows 2k SP 4.0 causes explorer to run slow

Hi Everyone,

I installed SP 4.0 and now internet explorer is running
extreamly slow. It takes forever for it to load a web
page. As soon as I remove SP 4 it runs fine. By the way,
I am using IE 6.0. Does anyone know how to fix this? I
need help!
