C++ Run Time error whne launching Internet explorer

I have windows xp home edition iinstalled and internet explorer 6.0 sp 2. If
some else is logged on to the computer and using IE. I log on and try to use
IE I get the C++ Run time error. I have to loog the other user off to get
IE6.0 to work. I have unintalled google tool bar and uninstalled and
reinstalled IE 6.0. I have McAfee protetion suite running

Hi,
The McAfee anti-phishing filter has been causing this. Disable the
anti-phishing filter.
