I was trying to upgrade the firmware in a printer. Now when I try to access my printers they all have dissapeared. I check the printer spooler service and it has stopped. When I restart the services the printers reappear, but when I try to access the printers the spooler service stops, and they all dissapear again. Does anyone know a fix for this?

try moving the location of your print spooler...

create a folder called spooler

goto

Start
Settings
Control Panel
Printers

File
Server Properties
Advanced tab
type in the path to the spooler folder created above
click apply
click OK

stop and start the spooler service
