windows 2003 server problem

I installed a win 2003 file server. I have the following
problem:

from time to time, users can not acces the shares where
they work. They receive the folloving error message:

An error occurred while reconnecting (drive letter) to
\\computer name\\share name
Microsoft Windows Network: The local device name is
already in use.
This connection has not been restored

more than that, the connection drop when they are working
and can not save their files;

pls help

You may have insufficient CALs. Check your Licence Server
and your Event Logger.
