Windows 2003 - log ALL system changes to domain and on each server

Is it possible to track all changes made to a server, the active directory,
exchange, etc.? I know it is but what do I need and I want to log items down
to changes to the network card on a server, regedits, etc.

to many people are given the DA password leaving me with a nightmare

You might have better results posting to a server group, rather than to a
general XP group.

For example, "microsoft.public.server.general"
