Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition printing problems

S

Sabo, Eric

Is there an newsgroup for Windows 2003 printing? I recently upgraded to
windows 2003 and now my system event log is filled with Event ID: 61 errors,
I know that in Windows 2000 there was an hot fix for this issue, Are there
any hot fixes or driver updates for this issue in windows 2003.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hello Sabo,

Thank you for posting your question!

There is not a Windows 2003 Server printing newsgroup. However you can use
other related newsgroups. For example, use Networking if it is a Networking
print issue.

Also, I searched our resources but cannot find a know issue for Windows
server 2003, thus I recommend you refer to the following articles to
troubleshoot this issue:

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=163551

260142 How to Troubleshoot Windows 2000 Printing Problems
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=260142

Hope this helps!
