Enterprise Printing advice

I have to come up with some sort of alternative to our enterprise printing
situation. Currently 90% of my print queues reside on one server. This
server is slowly deteriorating and instead of just rebuilding these queues on
another box, I am wondering what other solutions are out there for enterprise
printing with Active Directory. I run Netapp NAS servers that are high
availability and would be a great place to actually park the queues, but I
don't know how feasible/usable that would be for a windows printing
environment. I am curious what other locations are doing to deploy a
somewhat redundant printing environment. Is there a viable Microsoft
management solution or even third party. Currently we are 2000 AD shop. We
are migrating to 2003 in the coming months.... perhaps that has something
available to manage printing.

Print Migrator 3.1 can be used to backup and restore your printqueues
besides being a migration tool from MS. Currently there is no print
administration tool (except prnadmin.dll from w2k3 resource kit), but I have
heard that MS are soon to release a print administration tool...
