I had to install a daughter card to use a 40 Gig hard drive on a Pentuim II computer system. Windows 98 recognizes he device how comes windows 2000 does not. In bootup My computer recognizes it. Is there a site I can download drivers, If that is what is needed?

You need to go to the website for the company that made the card. As long
as it is a mainstream card you should find 2000 drivers.
