Won't recognize proper Hard drive Size

After installing Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 my computer will no recognize
the proper size of my second hard drive, it's suppose to be 70 GB but is
only come up with 7.something. I've tried everything I can think of
including updating the hard drive drivers calling Western Digital and
checking the BIOS. Any ideas? The Western Digital software seems to
recognize it just fine and when I put it into another computer everything's
fine it's just my home PC with the problem. HELP
