Windows 2000 won't boot

My Win2k Advanced server got badly hit by some viruses. The virus program landed up removing a bunch of corrupted system files. Now my machine won't boot at all. If I put a win2k boot CD in the CDROM drive, it still won't boot. It always tries to boot from the disk and fails with the error
Windows 2000 cannot start
Load Needed DLLs for Kernel
contact ...
I tried an winnt boot diskette, a winnt CD, a windows 2000 recovery CD, windows 98, nothing would be recognized.
It always seems to try and boot from the disk and fails with the above error.
Any help in this regards will be appreciated.

You'll need to change the boot order in cmos setup.
