Windows 2000 upgrade, printers sometimes don't print

We are about 80% through with upgrading from NT 4.0 to
Windows 2000, and we have Novell 5.0 running as our NOS.
Recently, we have noticed that when people go to print to
a captured port, they receive an error stating the printer
is not available. Everyone on the network gets this. It
goes away as mysteriously as it appeared a few minutes
later.

Can someone help point me in the right (or any) direction
from a trouble shooting stand point? Thanks.

You need to tell us where your printers are at & how they are configured,
are they on the 2k box? are they on netware, if so, what service pack level,
& are you using queue or ndps? If you are still running queue, why?
