windows 2000 Startup

I have inadvertingly deled files in the root directory of
the c drive needed to load and run win2000.
All the winnnt directory is stll there but on boot up
comes up with can not find nt or nd and stops there.Please
help because i can still boot to the a drive and see all
my files on the c drive

Do a repair, inspecting Startup environment only.
