I purchased a computer from my company. I have Windows
2000. By an agreement with Microsoft and my company, I
was a ble to purchase Microsoft Office Professional
Edition 2003. When I tried to load this software, I
received a message that I needed Service Pack 3. Tried to
download this from the Microsoft Web Site. Thought I had
the right one but when I tried to initiate the setup, got
another message that the file was not a Win 32
application. I am confused. I just want to get the
correct service pack so I can load my Office program.
