Have just applied Service Pack4 to one of our servers.
The server was re-booted and then failed on a blue screen
with stop c0000135 unable to locate DLL DLL WINSRV could
not be found in the specified default path.

I have tried re-booting with the last known good config.
I have tried re-booting in safe mode.

Can anyone assist!
