Windows 2000 Server

I have two severs both running Windows 2000 Server.
When I choose to shut down the servers, both do not shut
down correctly - but come up with the message that the PC
can be turned off. I then need to power the Servers off
myself.
Is there a way to enable the servers to shut down
completely when choosing to shut down from windows?

This is ususally a BIOS setting. However, if you are
running on old hardware it may not support this at all.
