Windows 2000 server problem

Today morning when I start my pc, during operating system loading,
after windows 2000 loading splash screen , appear a *blue screen*
saying errors in *hex decimal * values. Blue screen start by saying *
in accessible boot device*.the blue screen also *advice* to me that to
do *chkdsk*.can any one help me to know what is the problem & how does
it solve.

One of your HDDs has a problem. chkdsk might fix it if it's a data
error but won't if it's a physical one.
 
Did you a scsi card installed?? If so, maybe you scsi card has the
error.
