Windows 2000 Paint

When I try to open Paint ot gives me this Message: The
drive or network connection that the shortcut 'Paint.Ink'
refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is
properly inserted or the network resources is available,
and then try again.
I want to know if there is something I can download to
fix this problem, because I need the program ASAP.
