Windows 2000 Normal Startup Programs

I have a machine running Windows 2000 Professional and has been
completely infected by viruses. I'm trying to clean it up, but I'm
not that familiar with WIN2000 and was wondering if there is a listing
somewhere of what would be in the "Run" and "Run Services" area of the
registry when starting with a clean WIN2000 install.
