Windows 2000 goes sleeping sometimes

Hello,

I have a windows 2000 sever with 5 clients.
If I execute the tape backup or some other long running job,
then windows 2000 goes sleeping sometimes.
Some movement on the mouse wakes it up and processing continues.

Does someone know any possible solution to this problem?

Go inst CONTROL PANEL

Click POWER MANAGEMENT

Make sure that you select 'NEVER' for monitor power down & for Hard Drive.
Therefore, you will recify your problem.

This should solve your problems.
