Windows 2000 Ethernet adapter Fault Tolerance or Load Balance

How can i configure my 2 ethernet cards installed on Win2k Service Pack
4 to work in Fault Tolerance or Load Balance mode?
(Ethernet Card are different made)

Can I find a freeware or open source software for manage it?

They have to be designed to do that. Nic Teaming requires special Nics
designed for that purpose and come with the software and drivers to make it
happen.
