Windows 2000 DHCP

Is there a way to prevent a machine from getting an IP
address issued to them based on their mac address? I want
to prevent a machine with a specific mac address from
getting an IP address from my dhcp server.
 
I'm not sure I understand the problem. Just set the client to use a fixed
IP.
