Windows 2000 All Users profile

Somehow the All Users profile is not functioning properly. When
placing icons in the All Users desktop folder, the icons will not
appear for "All Users" actually NO users see the icons so therefore I
have to actually copy & paste the icons. Any ideas on how to fix
this???
 
Look in Documents and Settings for another folder All Users.winnt
If it's there, try placing icons in that desktop folder.
