I want to change the default location of the My Documents
folder so that my users documents will save to a different
drive other than the C drive. I know I can right-click on
My Documents and change the location but is there a
regsistry entry I can edit to change that globally instead
of doing it for every user individually?
 
Are you using roaming profiles? If yes, then the easiest solution to
save disk space is to configure the TS to "Delete locally cached copy
of roaming profile when users logoff"

If you are using local profiles, you can change the location, but it
is not supported:
