Terminal Server Profiles Setup

Andy

I have two logical drives on my terminal server c: and E:
I am trying to setup my terminal server so that terminal
server user profiles are stored on the E: drive in
E:\users\%username%\PROFILES. I have set the Terminal
Server Profile path to this location in the users
properties and that did not seem to work. I also tried
specifying the normal profile path to this location as
well without success. Instead the profile for new
Terminal Service users are created in C:\Documents and
Settings\... So I have profiles here now that I want to
move to the E: drive as well as I want the new ones to be
created on the E: drive. Can anyone help me?

The terminal server profile path in the user's account should be

\\server\share\%username

you can use this to delete the profiles on drive C when users logoff

It's possible but more complicated to permanently move all current and new profiles to a location
