Windows 2000 AdminPak for XP

I'm using Windows XP (SP2) on my two computers at home (one's a desktop, the
other's a laptop). I'm also running Windows 2000 server on an old Compaq
ProLiant server. I'd like to be able to remotely administer the server from
my laptop, but can't because the AdminPak that ships with Win2K is
apparently incompatible with XP.

Is there a download available that would resolve this issue? It's also
going to be an issue that arises at work in the near future, now that our
suppliers are insisting that we accept new equipment with XP on it.
