Win 2000 Adminpak on XP

HI,

I have installed windows adminpak (administrator tools) on
windows xp pro and I get error msg snap-in failed. If you
know how to fix this problem. I need your help. You can
send me email at (e-mail address removed). Also If
you know any article from microsoft that can help. Please
let me know.

Since adminpak for 2000 will refuse to install on XP
I will assume you have installed the Windows Server
2003 adminpak.

Can you get any *.msc to start up for you ?
If many fail to initialize check your system path environment
variable to make sure that it starts out with
c:\windows; c:\windows\system32; c:\windows\system32\wbem
where it is the last of these three that is important for mmc startup
