Windows 200 Pro boot

Is there any way to speed up the time it takes for
Windows 2000 Pro to boot? It currently takes around 3 to
4 minutes. I have the following programs in my start up,
Zone Alarm, Norton's Anti Virus, and Weatherbug, and the
Office Shortcut bar. The computer is a Dell P500.

The machine is on a home broadband connection, one of 4
computers through a router. But this one is the only one
running Win2000 and it takes longer to boot that the two
running Win98 and one running Win XP Pro. I don't think
there are any functins running on start up besides what I
described.
