Window95 game suddenly ends

Hi,

I have a bunch of Windows 95 games I would love to play
in XP with the lastest graphic engines. I loaded in one
of my favorites (Uprising/3DO) and I can only play one
episode. After I press the save button, the game quit and
my desktop screen appear. There is nothing in the
toolbar saying I have any applications open.

Has this happen to anyone else? Can I make a boot disk?

Do you have full administrative rights?

You could also try running in compatibility mode, right click the shortcut,
go to Properties, then to the Compatibility tab, set it to run in Windows 95
mode for example.

You may also have to try re-installing it with compatibility mode, uninstall
it first. Then browse the CD (don't use the autorun) by right clicking it's
icon in My Computer, and going to browse, do the same as above but on
install.exe or setup.exe
