If you require IIS 6.0 then you will need to purchase and install Windows
Server 2003
see
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/default.mspx

If you want IIS 5.1 then you can upgrade to Windows XP Professional

There is no support for IIS on Windows XP Home Edition

IIS is not available in Home edition. You will either need to upgrade to XP
Pro or download a 3rd party server from the web. Apache is supposed to be
good. http://www.apache.org/

Sorry, but IIS is not available with XP Home edition. You need the XP Pro
version.
