There is no support for IIS in XP Home. Either upgrade to XP Professional or
use a third-party product like Apache Server.

By first upgrading to WinXP Pro; IIS is not supported on WinXP Home,
and won't install.

1) Go to store/shop that sells computer software.

2) Purchase Windows XP Professional Upgrade.

3) Return home.

4) Insert Upgrade CD in PC's CD drive and follow the on-screen
prompts and instructions to upgrade the OS and desired additional
features.
