Window opens at startup

When my computer starts up, a window opens with diagnostic information. At
the top left hand corner or the window it says "Diagnostic Traces", then
another window pops up that says "DVRM". How do I remove this at start up?

No idea which application is causing that. I'd investigate using MSCONFIG
utility.
