I need help with a problem with websites, email porgrams, even file folders,
"hanging up" and having to be shot-down with task manager-get the "program
not responding message" with window to report error to MS. Help please!!!

In the meantime, here are some starting points:

1. What changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't?

2. What is the malware status of the computer? Make sure it is clean:

3. If the computer is 100% virus/malware free, do clean-boot

4. Look in the Event Viewer for clues:
