Windows messenger starts every time I start Outlook 2003.How do I disable it.
I tried solution posted by Vince Averello but it did not help.
When I tried logging in to Messenger,I get message that SIP communication is
temporarily suspended kindly try later.What does it mean.

Don't know what Vince suggested, but if you don't want Messenger itself to
run, disable it in msconfig (for WinXP/ME) or whatever you need to do for
your OS.

Just uninstall Windows Messenger; it won't bother you again.
