HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM

"POP3.verizon.net" is incorrect. Change the name of the incoming server
to incoming.verizon.net.

Barbara
You can call verizon FEOS Service Tech and they will walk you thru setting
up your e-mail account. It is free service. They worked with me untill I got
everything proper. Hope this will help you.
