Window Explorer problem

Hi all ,

I am using Window 2000 SP 4 .
Recently i have an error when i have more that 2 window explorer in
my PC . Below is the error message :

"Explorer.EXE Application Error . The instructions at "0x6363a99e"
referenced memory at "0x00000000" . The memory could not be read "

Anyone have any ideas or suggestion how to solve this error ?

That error means, correct me if I'm wrong, that there's an application
that's trying to write to RAM at a place that's already reserved or in use
by another application. The best link I can think of to give you is actually
an XP link but keep in mind that the two OSes are very much alike in many
ways and that you may have a difficult time diagnosing this.

Now... Did you recently install something prior to this? Did you update
something - maybe the OS - and this started to happen? Do you have/use the
latest versions of your software that you have running at the time that this
occurs? Are you certain (99% as 100% is impossible) that you're malware
free? Does this happen in safe mode? One final thing... Keep in mind that
I'm not really new but I usually just exist in the 2k groups to watch and
learn. Some silly people tend to think I'm actually adept at something. <g>
Silly them... Really, I'm just saying where I would begin to troubleshoot if
this was my problem and that you may get a better answer beyond what I've
asked as I've not really answered anything at all.
