explorer error

also getting Explorer.exe - memory cannot be read" message

I'm getting almost exactly the same thing, even the memory address
reference is almost identical.

We're getting it on various PC's, no pattern. We've formatted several
with no success. It seems to me like it might be trojan or virus
activity although I have no evidence of that.
