RAM going bad?

RedFeather

Am constantly getting errors such as this:

The instruction at "0x08cc97a5" referenced memory at "0x0910fa3e". The
memory could not be "read" Click OK to terminate the program

Most annoyingly in explorer.exe, ran a diagnosis program called
MemTest , ran it for like 12 hours with 0 errors reported. So is this
a physical problem with the RAM? Or something else… driving me nuts.
Thx

Could be some corruption of bits on the hard drive. Run the
manufacturer's drive diagnostic. Certain kinds of hard drive surface
problems worsen, sometimes rapidly and catastrophically. Back up your
important stuff.
