Window Explorer issue

Is there a way to configure windows explorer, when opening, to have ALL the items in the left hand pane be collapsed. Currently the C drive is always in expanded form when it's launched no matter how it was when Windows Explorer was closed
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Right click Windows Explorer/Properties and type this into the Target path:
C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe /e,
