I have a HP2215 How do i insert comments on the cell
using my HP2215
 
more importantly, which version of -excel- do you have?

should be able to right click cell -> Insert Comment.

or from the Menu bar, Insert -> Comment

*edit* : btw, you can set up your comments to either show all the time
on mouseOver (indicator), or none. go to Tools -> Options -> View ta
