Windoiws start up

When I shut down my win xp computer it shuts down properly, but 2
seconds later it turns back on automatilly. Any suggestions?

Hi TJ,
You may have Power supply problem, or did you have installed recently anew
hardware, scanner, printer, USB or Removable storage on your Computer.
Check your Event Viewer for any System Error Messages and write them down
and post them here.
