Hello,
I need help with it. I tried to install a program but
windows installer can not be used the error is access to
windows installer is denied. I logged as admin but still
no access. I down loaded it and installed again nothing
happened. renamed and copied it nothing.

Try changing your monitor resolution. I just needed to
install a new File Splitter program into one win2k and
didn't work. It said "16 bit window system". Right away
I thought about my resolution and it let me install it
after I changed it from 16 bit to True Color 32 bit. Hope
this help....Reggie
