Hey there Bill,

The executable, WinCtlAdAlt.exe is a form of Adware/Malware that installs
itself unbeknownst to you. I would reccommend starting off with the
following.

Update your virus scan definitions and performa system scan to see if the
application picks up on the executable for deletion. if it doesn't, then go
to the next step.

Download and install the spybot application at
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html

Run the update for the definitions and then run the spybot serach and
destory to see if it detects and eliminates the executable.

If that doesn't work, then go to http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ and download
hijack this! now mind you, this is an application used by advanced users.
if you don't feel comfortable running this app, you may want to consider a
restage of the pc.

Regards,

William
