Corrupt profile/lost access to all data

Ok, this is a little ugly. I went to restart my computer after it froze up during a process. When I restarted, it said that my profile was corrupt. I signed in under a different user with admin rights and deleted the old profile and went to copy the data to a new profile. It keeps telling me that the file is unaccessible. I can't get the old data off the computer or format the drive because of the profile corruption. What can I do?
 
same thing has happened to me. signed on and got a message saying it can't find my profile.
