Win98 SE/FP2K/FP extensions - How do I get an accent Character?

I'm not sure whom I should be asking this question of?
I have multiple Article titles that are of Spanish origin
and that include an accent character over a normal
character ... such as senor which should have
the accent over the 'n'. How do I get this character
in my PC source web and successfully publish to my
online Server web?

I know this is done, I just haven't been smart enough to
find a reference in my FrontPage manual. I've looked
thru Fonts, Characters, and Formatting sections. Any
ideas would be appreciated, thank you.

No, really sometimes I forget how to do the simple things, take a long convoluted trantental solution to find that I coulda done it with one click.
