win98, how avoid MSN Internet Access setup

I am A win98 user. And downloaded a IE6.
When I try to run IE6, it always starts a MSN window daying: "Welcome MSN
Internet Access!" and thers is a [Next] button to continue internet access
setup.

I just want to run IE6, I already have another internet access from local
phone
company.

How to skep this MSN Internet Access setup and use IE6.

Check to see if that is what your Home page is?
Try making it About:Blank?
Etc.
