No you shouldn't. You will notice that every News Group has a name. The name is indicative
of the topic subject matter and Win95 is considered "Off Topic" for Win95.
In addition, most JUsenet News Groups have a Charter and/or a FAQ that has specific
guidelines on what is considered "On Topic" and what is "Off Topic" in the associated News
Group.
A more apropos News Group would be; microsoft.public.win95.setup
Win98 is much closer in structure to Win95 than WinXP as Win95, Win98 and WinME are all in
the same family. Often known as Win9x/ME.
WinNT4, Win2K and WinXP are in the NT family and have a completely different stucture than
the Win9x/ME family.
Please think about what is/may be considered On Topic or Off Topic for a given News Group
prior to posting to said News Group.
