my windows have been shutting itself down on a regular
basis now. before it shuts down, it goes to a blue screen
and has white type. this time around i could read what it
had to say before it rebooted. it told me it had to do
with Win32k.sys now i don't know what that means. can
someone out there help me with this issue so my computer
can stop rebooting itself?

This is an indication you're running some ancient software - during NT4 I
had applications that still utilised this but they are now obsolete. By now
the architecture model has changed so drastically that it's not surprising
to see a win32k.sys dependent application having increased problems.

Find a more recent version of whatever ancient software you're running -
rather than run an older 16-bit era application.
